Clean
All spaces must be cleaned professionally between hosts, contain hygiene consumables and extra cleaning supplies should be provided.

Properties must fully facilitate remote working, including. Communal areas, Dedicated workspaces, Fast WiFi and Full furnishings.
Flexible
Have an accurate and up to date availability system for bookings and offer flexible leases with reasonable cancellation periods.
Our financial model
At the moment our service is free. Infinitydesk is a new platform and we want to make sure that we provide an amazing service is given before any thought is put into monetization.
Our roll out plan is…
- 1. To offer a free forwarding service. We promote your listing to our audience, they are able to follow a link to your preferred booking platform (website, Airbnb, VRBO etc)
- 2. We will consult directly with hosts to create a booking platform that is favorable to you. Low commissions, secure deposits, live calendars and host guarantees etc.
